Getting out of the car after school:
Colin: “What is the time?”
Me: “Time to get ill!”
Colin: “Mom. That is the answer to the question, ‘What’s the time?’ I asked you, ‘What IS the time?'”
Me: “Time to get ill!”
Colin: “MOM! No. You are answering the wrong question. When I say, ‘What IS the time?’ you need to answer me with the time of day.”
Me: “Huh. But that’s not nearly as much fun.”
Colin: “I’m not asking about fun. I just want to know what time it is.”

My daughter got out of the car at school and told me I was a freak yesterday…. Maybe our kids need to get ill….
It’s always time to get ill! But perhaps I’m a freak too.
I love trolling the kids….it’s just way too much fun…
